Understanding the many complexities of employment law is a challenging matter. That is why Mr. Dieguez has dedicated his entire legal career to knowing and practicing employment law. As an experienced employment lawyer, Mr. Dieguez has a passion for employment law and vigorously representing his clients. Mr. Dieguez has successfully tried both jury and bench cases in both State and Federal courts, as well as in front of the California Labor Commissioner.
