As an experienced employment lawyer, Mr. Dieguez has a passion for employment law and vigorously representing his clients. Mr. Dieguez has successfully tried both jury and bench cases in both State and Federal courts, as well as in front of the California Labor Commissioner.
Attorney Dieguez understands the stresses and emotional toll of litigation, and tries to resolve every case in the shortest amount of time possible under the circumstances. However, Attorney Dieguez understands that not all cases can be resolved at an early stage, and therefore is not afraid to vigorously litigate cases and take them to trial or arbitration.
