BIOGRAPHY
Ted Raczok has been with Diefer Law Group since 2017 as the senior hearing representative in the workers’ compensation division of the firm. He is a graduate of St. John’s University in New York with a bachelor’s in government and politics. Ted grew up in New York, and as a New Yorker, he is tough on insurance companies and fights for injured workers’ rights. Ted has been handling workers’ compensation claims for over 30 years. He started on the insurance side as a claims adjuster, so he knows how insurance companies work. Now, he has been representing injured workers for over 11 years. He is certified by self-insurance plans through the state of California Division of Workers’ Compensation. His experience during his years as an adjuster brings a wealth of knowledge to Diefer Law Group, and he is able to use that knowledge for the benefit of injured workers.
