CYNTHIA SOTELO
BIOGRAPHY
Cynthia Sotelo graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a pre-law minor. She was introduced to workers’ compensation in 2010 and joined Diefer Law Group as a legal assistant in 2018. Throughout the years, Cynthia has worked as a legal assistant and has experience as a hearing representative. She is passionate about her work and her compassion allows her to help injured workers during the process of their workers’ compensation system. Cynthia makes it a priority to keep applicants well informed and treat them as if they were a family member in a time of need by attempting to make the process as smooth as possible. When she is not working, Cynthia enjoys free time outdoors with her children and spending time reading or learning about spiritual/personal growth.
