La formaci\u00f3n debe impartirse al menos una vez cada dos a\u00f1os, y debe comenzar en los seis meses siguientes a la contrataci\u00f3n de un empleado en la empresa o al inicio de una nueva funci\u00f3n de supervisor. Puede tratarse de abogados especializados en derecho laboral, profesionales de los recursos humanos con al menos dos a\u00f1os de experiencia en formaci\u00f3n sobre acoso sexual, o licenciados en pedagog\u00eda que hayan acumulado al menos 20 horas de formaci\u00f3n sobre derecho laboral en el marco del T\u00edtulo VII o de la FEHA.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque los empleadores en California deben proporcionar capacitaci\u00f3n para la prevenci\u00f3n del acoso sexual a todos los empleados, eso no significa que realmente lo evitar\u00e1.
