Sin embargo, hay plazos que los trabajadores deben cumplir para hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, las denuncias deben presentarse en los seis meses siguientes a la represalia. Sin embargo, el simple hecho de preguntar por haber recibido un salario inferior y sufrir represalias tiene un plazo de seis meses.<\/li>\n<li>El plazo para los menores sigue siendo de seis meses, pero el tiempo no empieza a correr hasta que la persona cumple 18 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es fundamental no incumplir los plazos mencionados para reclamar la restituci\u00f3n merecida por haber sido objeto de <a href=\"\/es\/abogado-laboral-del-condado-de-orange\/\">represalias<\/a>.
